The measuring principle of Electromagnetic Flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction

In the formula:
E-- Signal voltage between electrodes (V)
B-- Magnetic flux density (T)
d-- Measuring tube diameter (m)
V-- Average flow rate (m/s)
In the formula, K and d are constants. Since the excitation current is constant, B is also constant. From E=KBdV, it can be seen that the volume flow Q is proportional to the signal voltage E, that is, the signal voltage E induced by the flow rate is linear with the volume flow Q. Therefore, the flow rate Q can be determined as long as E is measured.
This is the basic working principle of the electromagnetic flowmeter.
